Kootenay Lake Historical Society members examining the display case of an SS Minto model on display at the Nakusp & District Museum, 92 6th Avenue NW, Nakusp winter 2002. Inscription on rear: 'Winter of 2002 Kaslo Museum reps came to photograph the showcase of the Minto to build a replica for the paddlewheeler they restored on the shores of Kootenay Lake. They took measurements, type of wood. The next 4 pictures tell this story. The Minto & Moyie were owned by the CNR [sic] one on the Arrow Lake the other on Kootenay Lake.'
