Inscription on rear: 'Unveiling of Plaque Honoring Jean & Chris Spicer for Keeping the Rose Arbor on the water front'. Since 1969, the Spicers had spent many hours volunteering their time maintaining the garden surrounding the rose arbour (right) on the walkway.
