Caption: 'Milton Parent was commissioned by the Chamber of Commerce to put up a smoke stack to support the Minto whistle so that it could blow at noon each day. This old smoke stack from an old tug was used. Pete Coates fixed it up filling up the holes and then it was painted with rust proof paint.'
