The Celgar tug Captain G.O. Sutherland ceremonially returning the whistle from the sternwheeler SS Minto to Nakusp, Upper Arrow Lake, 26 June 1986. Cory Schafthuizen is in costume atop the tug at centre. Bob Murphy's powerboat is decorated in the foreground. After having been in use at the Celgar mill in Castlegar, the whistle would be installed at the new Nakusp visitor centre.
