The Celgar tug Captain G.O. Sutherland returning the whistle from the sternwheeler SS Minto to Nakusp, Upper Arrow Lake, 26 June 1986. Box Mountain is in the background. After having been in use at the Celgar mill in Castlegar, the whistle would be installed at the new Nakusp visitor centre.
