Inscription on rear: 'Dear Mother recieved [sic] your letter of the 26 Sept it was nice for me to get it. I am getting on fine got 90 marks out of 100 in final composition paper. The Literary Society is to back men to make a speech if a person is called upon. He has to give a speech/Bert.' Postcard by A.B. Petrie & Son.
