: A surveyor stands over a culvert during road construction at the new Shelter Bay residential development 10 km north of Shelter Bay ferry landing, mid-to-late 2010s. The image was taken as part of documentation of the Beaton Arm Crossing Association (BACA)'s proposed route (Option 8) for two fixed-link crossings of Upper Arrow Lake to replace the existing ferry. The route connecting the northern crossing to the existing highway was proposed by BACA to follow the right-of-way of Old Sidmouth Road (now Sidmouth Road), which bisected the new development.
