Notes:
International Order of Oddfellows leading funeral procession for miners Harry Beckman and Olaf Beckman, 27 April 1927, Sandon. The Beckmans and fellow miner Martin Nelson were killed on 22 April 1927 inside Cody's Noble Five Mine when outdated hositing cables snapped and sent the miners plummeting to the bottom of the mine shaft. A fourth miner, Andy Olsen, was very seriously injured but survived. Notes on rear: 'I.O.O.F. conducted services of Beckmans and paraded.'
