Tractor-trailer turned over on Highway 6 near Rosebery, 16 July 1979. Truck was carrying 4 to 5,000 gallons of MC-2 heavy asphalt oil. Oil spilled into creek that fed into Slocan Lake, creating a visible film on the north end of the lake.
