Doug Hakeman looks over trucks to be delivered to Harry Murphy's Nakusp Motors, Canadian Pacific Railway wharf, Nakusp, 1949. Notes: 'These were "Thames" trucks being unloaded from boxcars. They were sent to Harry Murphy to sell at his Shell garage Ford dealership. They were only 12 h.p. and were useless. He sent them back and gave up the dealership.'
