Further notes regarding original location of building. 'Serson, Jake. Location - Lots 9-10, Blk. 15 (modern 101 6th Avenue NW). Builder, Info - ?. Sold this to Abriel. sub owners - Town 1908. Made into a hospital. Several renters. Harry Murphy, 1942. Tears down. Moves parts to Frank Rushton's and beside firehall. Harry Murphy builds a new house here circa 1950.' Further notes: 'Bacl section was purchased from Frank Rushton. Front section was a wing from the original hospital. Notice the shingles where they had to be replaced because of the breakage during demolition. One other wing went to Henry Meyers' little house. Back part was Beth Rushton play house.'
