Divisional headquarters were established in Nelson and the station agent got the house. Nakusp, B.C.' Notes from Milton Parent: 'CPR. Location - Bay St. 1893. Builder, Info - Built for CPR to house their station agent. Subowners - Sid Leary, Dan Berard. Torn down 1953.' Further notes: 'Edward (station agent, Nakusp) house. Later Berard's.
