A group of men standing in front of the Forest Ranger's office in Arrowhead ca. 1940. Inscription on rear, "Russian Doukhobor fire fighters outside the Forest Ranger's office at Arrowhead B.C. in July 1940. These men are from the colonies at Brilliant, Creston and Castlegar in Southern B.C. Some of these people have staged nude parades along with their entire families on the public highways in years past out of protest to points of difference with the government. Sent Dec 28th 1940."
