Cotswold Ranch, owned by Dr. Basil Church, with new house built in 1912. This house was later used as the Edgewood Red Cross outpost hospital until the 1968 relocation of the townsite. Picture is taken from Fruit Farming at Edgewood British Columbia, an early 1910s promotional booklet marketing land at Edgewood to potential British settlers commissioned by James Ford and Douglas Ford.
