Shingles and debris, abandoned Tattrie family house at Sandon, 1972. Notes: 'This was the first new home built on Sunnyside after the 1900 fire. Two prominent Sandon families lived in the home, the Tattrie family and the Sanderson family. Mr. Sanderson was Johnny Harris' electrician and head man in the Sandon Water Works and Light Plant (built in 1896). This home remained intact until about 1976 when the lumber was used to build a lean-to on a house trailer in New Denver.'
