A diver (bottom right) prepares to enter the water to inspect a wrecked Norseman seaplane water bomber owned by Celgar that crashed off the shore of Nakusp on 11 June 1964, Upper Arrow Lake. A small portion of the plane is visible at foot of the wharf. The wreck had been towed to Celgar's wharf on Rothwell Bay and raised.
